Planning

The Alban TSA has developed a programme of talent management and succession planning which is comprised of several levels of support, targeting recently qualified teachers through to those on leadership teams across our network of schools. As the Alliance continues to grow and cement its reputation, in turn this will serve to expand opportunities for talent development at all levels, particularly in supporting the development of internship and secondment programmes to increase opportunities and quality provision. Crucially, the collaboration across Alban TSA partners allows us to support staff as they progress through the different levels of talent provision and to monitor and assess their progress and successes.
